At Psychiatry Treatment Centers, we provide psychotherapy services to help those struggling with mental health concerns. We understand that mental health issues are complex and require tailored solutions. Our experienced team of mental health and behavioral science experts specialize in helping clients identify and address the underlying causes of their unwanted, negative mental health symptoms.
Our psychotherapists take a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on both the physical and psychological aspects of mental illness. Through psychotherapy, we can help individuals develop healthy coping skills, process difficult emotions, and build stronger connections with themselves and others.
You can expect to discuss and answer questions about your symptoms, thoughts, feelings, daily habits, behaviors, and past medical history. You may also discuss any triggers for unwanted symptoms and past attempts to manage them on your own.
It depends. An evaluation can last a bit longer depending on each individual case. On average you should anticipate spending about an hour with your provider during the initial assessment.
If you’re wanting to prepare for the initial assessment, we recommend writing down symptoms, purpose, and goals for seeking out care, collect past medical information, and write down questions you don’t want to forget to ask.

With Esketamine, the mood elevation is significant and lasts for weeks after just one dose. However, many patients require multiple Esketamine doses over time, ranging from weekly to bi-monthly. With continued treatment, most cases maintain a positive response.
In clinical trials, esketamine significantly reduced depression symptoms in a majority of people with depression, particularly those who did not previously respond to multiple kinds of conventional antidepressants.
SPRAVATO® helped Nicole’s treatment-resistant depression. Now, she’s resuming her education and sharing her story.
Telepsychiatry is a method of providing psychiatric care and mental health services using video conferencing technology. It’s the same as an in-person session but done remotely. It allows individuals to access mental health services from the comfort and safety of their own homes or other private locations, making psychiatric treatment more convenient for many people.
Telepsychiatry offers increased access to psychiatric treatment and helps improve communication between the patient and provider. We’re committed to providing compassionate care and effective treatment options to our clients – no matter where they are.
